To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
